A Ro­man Tem­ple is Cre­at­ed at Lon­don Heathrow in Part­ner­ship with Dufry

Dufry and Ro­man lux­u­ry house Bvl­gari opened a new bou­tique at Heathrow Air­port’s Ter­mi­nal 3 in De­cem­ber 2021.

The 91 m² store has been de­signed by Ital­ian In­te­ri­or De­sign­er Pe­ter Mari­no and cel­e­brates Bvl­gar­i’s rich Ro­man her­itage. One of the bou­tique’s key fea­tures is a pri­vate VIP room where guests can try on the house­’s fine watch­es and jew­el­ry pieces. The VIP lounge was de­signed to mim­ic the ‘Il Sa­lot­ti­no Tay­lor’ or Eliz­a­beth Tay­lor Lounge – which was the fa­mous Amer­i­can ac­tress’s loung­ing room in the Bvl­gari bou­tique in Via Con­dot­ti in Rome, where she would es­cape from the pa­parazzi and shop Bvl­gar­i’s col­lec­tions.

To cel­e­brate the open­ing, Bvl­gari re­leased a lim­it­ed-edi­tion Ser­pen­ti For­ev­er bag ex­clu­sive­ly at Heathrow Air­port. The cross body bag is craft­ed in calf leather and fea­tures a Carmine Jasper colour­way. Bvl­gar­i’s sig­na­ture snake­head clasp has been reimag­ined with a full Carmine Jasper matt head with black onyx eyes. Only 50 pieces of the lim­it­ed style has been pro­duced ex­clu­sive­ly for Bvl­gar­i’s bou­tiques at Heathrow Air­port.
