The 45 winners of this years edition of the awards.

A new edi­tion of the Ser­vice Star Day took place in Feb­ru­ary 2020 in Lon­don, UK, where win­ners of the 2019 Dufry Ser­vice Star Awards met to cel­e­brate their com­mit­ment to Dufry. The venue cho­sen for this event was the Har­ry Pot­ter Warn­er Bros Stu­dio and it was at­tend­ed by 45 Ser­vice Star Win­ners from World Duty Free, The Nu­ance Group and Cen­tre Parcs op­er­a­tions across the UK and Switzer­land.

Win­ners were nom­i­nat­ed by peers and col­leagues for de­liv­er­ing World­Class Ser­vice both in­ter­nal­ly and ex­ter­nal­ly. The cri­te­ria to se­lect the win­ners is based on the con­tri­bu­tion of nom­i­nees to­wards each of the three pil­lars of the ONE­DUFRY pro­gram: dri­ving em­ploy­ee ex­pe­ri­ences, dri­ving cus­tomer ex­pe­ri­ences and de­liv­er­ing busi­ness re­sults.

Each win­ner was pre­sent­ed with their Award by their Man­agers, who shared with the au­di­ence the back­ground as to how each in­di­vid­ual had suc­cess­ful­ly in­cor­po­rat­ed the three guid­ing prin­ci­ples of ONE­DUFRY (Care, Show­case and Ef­fi­cien­cy) into to their dai­ly work­ing life.
